Echoes of Self

This game is told in days. You play as Ace, a quiet teenager who just started taking new medicine for anxiety. After the first dose, something strange happens — Ace gets pulled into a dark, inner world. There, he meets a strange and playful voice named Ego, who explains the rules of a mysterious “game.” But nothing is really explained. The only thing clear: Ace can’t wake up until the game ends.

Each day, Ace talks to his psychologist, tries to understand what's happening, and comes back home to take his medicine again. But every night, the inner world changes. Ego becomes more obsessed with Ace, and the game gets more dangerous. The less “mental points” Ace has , the more he sees strange visions and feels worse.

Ego acts nice — but something is wrong. He wants Ace to stay in the game forever. To survive, Ace has to figure out what’s going on… before he loses himself completely.
